About this role
Lead Digital/Technical Product Manager for the ISCO Digital and Design Team, accountable for the Investments Servicing value-stream and delivering best-in-class member/advisor experiences. Leads discovery, prioritization, and execution with cross-functional teams across multiple campuses, ensuring regulatory alignment and governance.

Technical Overview
Strong product management in digital/technology with emphasis on UX, analytics, and governance; experience coordinating across IT, business, and operations; familiarity with investment servicing workflows; matrix leadership across multiple locations.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior/lead digital product manager with 8+ years of product management experience in investments or financial services, strong UX, analytics, and governance capabilities, and the ability to drive enterprise-level digital initiatives across multiple campuses.
Must-Have Skills
Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree. (Total of 12 years of relevant experience without bachelor's degree)8 years Digital/Technology Product Management experienceto include Digital/Technology experience in Strategy/PlanningInnovationUser ExperienceProcess EngineeringAnalyticsand/or Research/Testing; OR an Advanced degree and 6 years of Digital/Technology Product Management experienceto include Digital/Technology experience in Strategy/PlanningInnovationUser ExperienceProcess EngineeringAnalyticsand/or Research/Testing.Comprehensive knowledge of Technology/Digital products and emerging technology platformsapplications data analysis and research techniques and standards.Proven track record to effectively developinfluencepresent and communicate highly complex businessdigitalor technology concepts to cross-functional teamsnon-technical users and senior leadership.
Nice-to-Have Skills
US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner5 or more years of both digital experience and operations/product experiencesspecifically in Investments experience development.Hands-on experience in development of digital investment servicing solutionsincluding AI applications.Knowledge about developing industry trends in the Investment businessAreas of expertise to include front-to-back journey-mappingproduct-ownership for digital executionbusiness requirements mapping and execution in partnership with ITprocess understandingUX development for members and advisorscustomer/member researchmember-experience/MSAT/Digital MSAT managementcross-functional collaboration.
