About this role

GE Aerospace is hiring for its Digital Technology Leadership Program (DTLP), a full-time, two-year rotational program designed to develop high-potential early-career talent. Participants complete four six-month rotations across Digital Technology domains including product management, project management, data analytics, data science, enterprise applications, IT operations, and software development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead by doing through challenging rotations in digital technology
Solve critical business challenges via cross-functional, mission-based teams
Complete structured technical training, virtual coursework, and leadership development
Participate in DTLP program committees and cross-functional engagements
Deliver projects across multiple digital technology domains

Technical Overview

The program emphasizes practical digital technology experience through cross-functional, mission-based projects and structured technical training. Rotations can include cloud computing, cyber security and risk, data science and machine-learning, plus Agile and Scrum, with opportunities to obtain certifications.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an MBA candidate with a B Tech/B.E background and strong leadership demonstrated through driving org-level initiatives. They are flexible and geographically mobile, and are motivated by rotational work across digital technology areas such as product management, data analytics, data science, IT operations, and software development.
