About this role
Lead digital technology operations for the Avio Aero Prague site as the Digital Technology Site Leader (DTSL). Act as the primary bridge between business site operations and the Digital Technology organization to ensure operational excellence, compliance, strategy execution, and change adoption to protect SQDC.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operational excellence and business continuity for site technology
- Ensure compliance with DT policies, cybersecurity standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
- Execute digital strategy and roadmap alignment with Avio Aero and GE Aerospace priorities
- Coordinate cross-functional deployment and adoption of digital solutions
- Standardize site processes and implement consistent tools and approaches across functions
Technical Overview
This role focuses on running site-level DT operations: coordinating end user support, cybersecurity, infrastructure and network, and product teams to resolve incidents and drive technology deployment and adoption. It also includes compliance management (DT policies, cybersecurity standards, regulatory requirements, internal controls) and standardizing enabled business processes.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a lead-level digital technology site leader who can operate as the single point of contact between business site operations and the Digital Technology (DT) organization. They manage site technology incidents, drive deployment and adoption, and ensure compliance with DT policies, cybersecurity standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls to protect SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost).
