About this role
Universal Health Services is hiring a Director of Assessment and Intake to coordinate assessment, referral, and admission functions. The director provides crisis intervention via face-to-face and telephone therapeutic assessments and ensures timely data entry into the Health Management System.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate assessment, referral, and admission functions
- Provide crisis intervention services via face-to-face or telephone therapeutic assessment
- Collect data from inquiry calls and assessments and input into the Health Management System
- Direct the operation of the department
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

They have strong clinical interviewing, patient assessment, and treatment planning skills, plus basic computer/data entry ability in a Health Management System.
