About this role
Program Director of Behavioral Health oversees the Behavioral Health program across Horizon Health organization; provides clinical and operational leadership; ensures compliance with regulatory standards and integration with multidisciplinary care models.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight for behavioral health programs
- Develop, implement, and evaluate behavioral health services, programs, and treatment models
- Ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and state licensing agencies
- Collaborate with medical, nursing, and ancillary leadership to integrate behavioral health services across care settings
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and staff development

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an executive-level behavioral health leader with LCSW or RN background, 5-8+ years of related leadership experience in behavioral health, strong regulatory and performance improvement skills, and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a hospital setting.
