The ideal candidate is an executive-level facilities/plant operations leader with at least 4 years of related experience and at least 1 year of management experience. They can read blueprints and demonstrate deep knowledge of Life Safety Code, NFPA standards, and OSHA Regulations, along with understanding Ohm's Law and refrigeration theory. They are comfortable leading committees (Environment of Care, quality, and patient safety) and managing compliance across multiple facility departments including maintenance, dietary, environmental services, and IT.
