Key Responsibilities
- Successfully onboard and manage a portfolio of clients using Direct Marketing Services
- Create customized campaigns across email, direct mail, and text
- Build, manage, and optimize audience segments within ServiceTitan Marketing Pro
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, conversions, engagement)
- Ensure timely client communication and proactive follow-up
