Director-level leader responsible for shaping and operationalizing Comcast Advertising's enterprise AI strategy. Serves as the enterprise connector across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Finance, and HR to translate AI ambition into a prioritized, value-driven portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align AI roadmaps across business units to enterprise goals
  • Establish success metrics (ROI, KPIs, adoption)
  • Drive enterprise AI adoption through HR training
  • Coordinate AI initiatives across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
  • Operationalize AI governance standards

The ideal candidate is an executive leader with a deep background in strategy and portfolio governance who can operationalize Comcast Advertising’s enterprise AI initiatives across product, engineering, data science, sales, finance, and HR. This person drives AI planning, adoption, and monetization with demonstrated impact in large, matrixed organizations.

Must-Have Skills
