About this role
Rubrik is hiring a Director of Sales Enablement for North America to increase the productivity and readiness of the sales organization. You will build and scale onboarding and Value Selling enablement programs for Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and channel partners across the Americas, using data to drive measurable improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate global enablement initiatives into regional success stories for North America
- Manage world-class onboarding to reduce Time-to-Productivity
- Drive adoption of sales methodology (MEDDICC, Command of the Message)
- Track enablement impact via Salesforce, Clari, and Salesloft
- Measure success using enablement KPIs like quota attainment and win rates
Technical Overview
This is a sales enablement leadership role centered on CRM and sales engagement tooling. The role requires proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, Salesloft, Highspot/Seismic (CMS), and LMS platforms, and collaboration with Product Marketing to train on Rubrik Security Cloud and Rubrik Agent Cloud features.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a sales enablement leader with 10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales Leadership in a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environment. They have 3+ years leading sales teams and can manage remote staff across the Americas while building scalable onboarding and Value Selling programs using methodologies like MEDDICC and Command of the Message.
