About this role
Director of Business Development is responsible for leading strategic growth initiatives in domestic and international defense markets, building relationships with DoD/government customers, and guiding capture efforts from qualification through proposal.

Technical Overview
Focus on defense market strategy, export control compliance, government contracting processes, and proposal/capture lifecycle with experience in DoD/FMS/DCS systems and ITAR considerations.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior business development leader with 7+ years of defense/government sales experience, a proven track record in capturing DoD contracts, and the ability to manage export controls and security clearances.
