About this role
Director of Business Development responsible for driving growth into mid-market and enterprise accounts for FMG Suite from a remote, AI-enabled sales perspective, coaching a BDR team and coordinating ABM programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) framework to penetrate high-value Mid-Market and Enterprise organizations
- Utilize AI writing and research tools to generate personalized outreach for C-level executives at scale
- Lead discovery calls focused on enterprise ROI and digital transformation
- Manage core internal tech stack including HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and WeConnect
- Maintain a personal quota of qualified enterprise opportunities and coach a growing team

Leverages AI tools for outreach and research, uses HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, maintains enterprise prospecting processes, and mentors a remote team.
