Director of Business Systems will own the full lifecycle of our ERP, CRM, HRIS, and AI tooling ecosystem. You will lead architecture, data governance, and change management to unify operations and enable rapid, AI-assisted decision making across Finance, GTM, and People operations.

The ideal candidate is a Director-level leader with 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications (ERP/CRM/HRIS), deep knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workday, and a proven track record of aligning system roadmaps with business goals while leveraging AI/automation.
