About this role
As a Director, Client Partner, you will own executive client relationships and lead integrated, multi-channel planning tied to client objectives. You’ll use measurement and scenario modeling to drive performance, reduce waste, and help clients make clear, data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end integrated, multi-channel planning and present at client touchpoints
- Build trusted relationships with director/VP-level stakeholders and manage risks
- Lead forecasting and scenario modeling (CAC, ROAS, revenue, reach, lift)
- Drive performance, optimization, and transparency through measurement and testing agendas
- Develop leaders and improve operating standards via formal reviews and playbooks
Technical Overview
Role focuses on marketing measurement and optimization rather than software engineering. You will lead forecasting and scenario modeling using metrics like CAC, ROAS, reach, and lift, and coordinate testing agendas across creative, audiences, placements, and landing pages, leveraging Tinuiti’s Bliss Point tools.
