About this role
This Director-level role oversees midstream commercial activities, including customer relationships, pipeline and terminal agreements, and contract renewals. It also owns FERC compliance and reporting inputs, directs revenue assumptions for annual budgeting, and leads economic analysis for capital project opportunities.

Technical Overview
The technical scope is business/commercial analytics rather than software: pipeline scheduling, performance reporting, and economic analysis for sustaining and value-creating capital projects. It also includes regulatory responsibilities around FERC compliance and reporting and preparation of materials for governance committees (IRC and CC).
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of energy industry experience and leads midstream commercial activities across customer relationships, pipeline/terminal agreements, and contract renewals. They bring strong capability in FERC compliance and reporting, pipeline scheduling, and economic analysis for budget and capital projects, with proven executive communication and leadership of direct reports.
