About this role
Responsible for managing construction projects for new stores, remodels, and other initiatives from planning and design through construction completion and grand opening. Owns project cost and schedule, negotiates consultant/contractor fees, and coordinates execution with internal departments while managing vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee, assess and negotiate fees for architects, engineers and outside consultants
- Oversee, assess, bid and negotiate General Construction Contracts
- Implement and manage Turnkey and Ross built construction budgets and schedules
- Manage company supplied vendors and ensure performance and delivery
- Coordinate all aspects of the project with company departments to ensure delivery and completion
