About this role
Pluralsight seeks a Director of Creative Services to lead brand expression and creative execution across the global B2B marketing organization. You will own the visual brand system, oversee production across multiple channels, and improve creative operations to deliver speed, clarity, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative strategy and execution across B2B marketing initiatives
- Own and evolve Pluralsight’s visual brand system
- Oversee design and production for campaigns, web, events, sales materials, and video
- Embed accessibility, usability, and modern design best practices
- Optimize intake, prioritization, resource allocation, and creative budget/agency spend
Technical Overview
This role focuses on creative operations, design systems, and UX/page architecture rather than software engineering. It emphasizes accessibility and usability best practices, scalable templates and governance, and optimizing intake/prioritization to improve time-to-market.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced creative leader who can drive end-to-end creative strategy and execution for B2B marketing programs. They have strong expertise owning a visual brand system, building scalable design systems and templates, and overseeing design/production across digital, events, web, video, and sales enablement—while embedding accessibility and modern UX best practices.
