- Lead the Customer Management platform's data, risk, and operations team
- Own efficient delivery of Card's credit limit management programs
- Oversee risk management activities for card's core decisioning software
- Define strategy and risk management framework for the future of our decisioning platform
- Lead governance of data assets and reporting on data analysis activities
