Director of Data Analysis leads the US Card analytics program, guiding data product development, governance, and adoption of Big Data and cloud-native technologies to drive business decisions and growth.

- Report analytics activities to executives
Technical Overview
Focus on data analytics, big data technologies (AWS, Spark, Kafka, Flink), data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and agile delivery. Responsible for building data products, governance, and cross-functional partnerships.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a director-level data analytics leader with 9+ years of data analytics experience (or 7+ with a Master’s or 4+ with a PhD), strong AWS/Spark/Kafka expertise, and a proven track record in people management and data visualization.
