About this role
Directs Lexipol’s enterprise data platforms and governance while enabling both internal operations analytics and customer-facing product analytics. Leads a small data team within agile delivery, partnering with product and engineering to ship data-driven features and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own strategy, architecture, and performance of enterprise data platforms
- Establish governance and decision frameworks for data platforms and services
- Oversee design and maintenance of data pipelines and integrations
- Ensure data systems are scalable, reliable, secure, and aligned with business priorities
- Drive data quality, platform optimization, and lifecycle management
Technical Overview
Owns data infrastructure strategy and architecture, including data pipelines, data warehousing, and integration infrastructure. Establishes data governance and decision frameworks, drives scalable/secure reliability, and manages data quality plus lifecycle management across systems to support internal business operations and product roadmap analytics.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior data leader who can architect and run enterprise data platforms, including data pipelines, data warehousing, and integration infrastructure. They have strong governance and data quality experience, lead teams in an agile, sprint-based environment, and partner with product and engineering stakeholders to deliver data-driven features and customer-facing analytics.
