About this role
Director of Enterprise Sales leads high-value, multi-stakeholder deals in the residential real estate ecosystem, building relationships with brokerages, MLSs, portals, and other real estate organizations. The role requires strategic outbound selling, partnerships development, and collaboration on go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of enterprise sales—from strategic prospecting through close and expansion
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers across brokerages, MLSs, portals, and adjacent real estate organizations
- Lead complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine positioning and GTM strategy
Technical Overview
Strategic, enterprise-focused sales with familiarity of real estate partners; uses Salesforce and modern sales tools to manage pipeline and multi-stakeholder deals.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise sales leader with 5+ years in real estate or proptech, skilled at multi-stakeholder deals, outbound account development, and C-suite engagements; must be comfortable working 100% remote with travel for meetings.
