The Director, Global Compensation leads and develops the global compensation strategy for a Private Equity-backed, fast-paced industrial environment. The role designs base pay, incentives, and job architecture programs to support pay-for-performance and value creation while partnering closely with HR, Finance, business leaders, and ownership.

The ideal candidate is an executive compensation leader with 8+ years of progressive compensation experience and demonstrated people leadership. They have experience in Private Equity-backed, high-growth or transformation-oriented environments and can partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, Finance, and ownership to design pay-for-performance compensation programs globally.
