The Director, Global Compensation leads and develops the global compensation strategy for a Private Equity-backed, fast-paced industrial environment. The role designs base pay, incentives, and job architecture programs to support pay-for-performance and value creation while partnering closely with HR, Finance, business leaders, and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the compensation team focused on capability, resilience, and impact
Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR Business Partners using data-driven insight
Design and evolve compensation programs including base pay, incentives, and job architecture
Balance governance with speed, flexibility, and business pragmatism
Translate complex compensation concepts into practical guidance for leaders and employees
