About this role
CrowdStrike is seeking a Director of Go-to-Market Business Applications to own the architectural integrity and strategic roadmap for the global Lead-to-Cash (L2C) engine. The role leads a team to deliver a unified "Golden Path" across direct sales and partner/channel motions while implementing touchless, automated provisioning workflows and AI-driven forecasting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Define L2C Vision & Roadmap for Salesforce/CPQ/Billing/PRM, Architect touchless API-first commerce for automated ordering and provisioning, Own GTM tech stack integration and optimization, Embed AI and machine learning for predictive forecasting and lead scoring, Establish governance for DevOps, GDPR/CCPA, and secure partner access
Technical Overview
You will architect and integrate GTM systems including Salesforce, CPQ, Billing, and PRM into API-first, zero-touch ordering and provisioning workflows. The scope includes embedding AI/machine learning for predictive forecasting, lead scoring, and next-best-action guidance, and establishing DevOps and privacy governance aligned to GDPR and CCPA.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an executive-level, techno-functional leader who has owned architecture and roadmaps for revenue lifecycle systems, specifically Lead-to-Cash (L2C) architectures. They have deep experience with Salesforce and GTM systems such as CPQ, Billing, and PRM, and can design API-first, automated "touchless" workflows across Direct Sales, MSSPs, Distributors, and Cloud Marketplaces. They also embed AI and machine learning for predictive forecasting, lead scoring, and next-best-action guidance while driving GDPR and CCPA governance.
