- Strategic TA partnership with UK Leadership, US Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners
- Lead strategic workforce planning and talent pipelines for UK segments
- Own end-to-end TA lifecycle for UK business segments
- Oversee TA operations and implement sourcing technologies
- Ensure compliance with UK statutory, regulatory, and legislative requirements related to hiring
