Scientific Safety Alliance is hiring a Director of HR Operations to build and scale a world-class HR infrastructure for a high-growth, acquisition-driven organization. The role owns payroll, benefits, HR compliance, onboarding/offboarding, and M&A HR integration, with an emphasis on speed, scalability, and systematization.

Technical Overview
This is an HR operations leadership role focused on operational excellence and scalable systems rather than software engineering. The candidate will design processes, documentation (SOPs), and operational dashboards/KPIs, and drive automation across HR functions.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an executive-level HR Operations leader who has owned end-to-end payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, and HR compliance for domestic and global entities. They have strong experience leading HR workstreams through M&A due diligence and integration, and they build scalable HR systems with automation, SOPs, and measurable KPIs.
