Milacron seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead injection molding equipment and aftermarket sales in the Western US, managing a regional sales team and driving revenue growth across capital equipment and aftermarket offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop regional team
- Develop regional sales strategy for capital equipment and aftermarket
- Manage key accounts and OEM relationships
- Oversee regional budgets, forecasts, and bookings
- Collaborate with marketing/product on national campaigns and product launches
