Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT Operations, IT Engineering, and AI strategy
- Own the strategy and execution of internal IT infrastructure for reliability, scalability, and security
- Manage IT vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and budgeting
- Collaborate with Security, Legal, People, and Finance to ensure compliance and privacy
- Establish and track KPIs across IT disciplines to drive continuous improvement
Technical Overview
The role focuses on enterprise infrastructure, SaaS tooling, endpoint management, and ITSM frameworks (ITIL). It leads 20+ across IT Operations, IT Engineering, and AI strategy, setting KPI-driven strategy and overseeing vendor management and budgeting. Collaboration with AI teams to embed AI-powered tools across IT and business is key.
