About this role

Director of IT Business Systems leading the SAP S/4HANA ERP implementation globally for multiple business units. The role reports to the CIO and owns delivery, governance via a CoE, upgrades/migrations, and vendor/portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the SAP S/4HANA strategy
  • Establish and maintain a Center of Excellence (CoE) for SAP S/4HANA
  • Lead SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and migrations
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and ROI analysis
  • Lead vendor relationships and contract negotiations

Technical Overview

Lead SAP S/4HANA application delivery across global business units, including strategy, governance, performance/security/compliance optimization, and continuous alignment to the SAP roadmap. Manage CoE best practices, budgets/resource allocation, and large-scale implementation projects, upgrades, and migrations.
