About this role
Director of Adoptions leads strategy, planning, and execution of state instructional materials adoption processes for Imagine Learning's portfolio. The role manages end-to-end state submissions to ensure compliance and successful product approval, working cross-functionally to align product, legal, marketing, sales, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and oversees multi-year state adoption strategy
- Forecasts upcoming state cycles and recommends product participation
- Leads cross-functional planning meetings
- Owns end-to-end management of state adoption and HQIM submissions
- Maintains internal systems, templates, trackers, and workflows to scale adoption operations
Technical Overview
Oversees HQIM rubrics and adoption cycles, ensures compliance with EdReports and state frameworks, and coordinates cross-functional teams to produce compliant evidence packets and timely submissions for multiple states.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior program leader with 10+ years in K-12 instructional materials adoptions, who can architect multi-year adoption strategies, navigate HQIM reviews, and drive compliant submissions across states.
