Director, Contracting leads development, negotiation, and management of payer contracts across a multi-state network of physical therapy clinics. Serves as the primary liaison with payers and directs a team to optimize reimbursement strategies and contract performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of contract negotiation with commercial payers
- Manage a complex, multi-state contract portfolio
- Develop reimbursement strategies and rate proposals
- Maintain centralized contract database and performance metrics
- Collaborate with payer leadership and cross-functional teams on policy changes
