Technical Overview
CRM-driven pipeline management (HubSpot preferred), strategic partnership development, outreach and negotiation with mid-market and enterprise employers, familiarity with apprenticeship programs and government workforce initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an executive-level business developer with 7–10 years of experience in employer partnerships and workforce sales, demonstrated success building and closing partnerships with mid-market and enterprise employers, and strong familiarity with apprenticeship programs and HR/talent workflows. They excel in strategic relationship management and data-driven pipeline growth using HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
Must-Have Skills
7–10 years of experience in employer partnershipsbusiness developmentor workforce salesDemonstrated track record of building employer hiring pipelines and closing partnership agreements with mid-market and enterprise employersDeep familiarity with workforce development ecosystemincluding registered apprenticeships and state/federal programsExperience selling into HRtalent acquisitionand workforce planning at Fortune 500 or large-scale employersStrong understanding of skills-based hiring trends and non-degree talent pipelinesExcellent relationship managementnegotiationand consultative selling skillsProficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
