Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple product engineering teams for multi-tenant enterprise SaaS
- Build and sustain a high-performing engineering culture and develop engineering managers
- Partner with Product leadership to maintain technical health and manage delivery risk
- Mature engineering practices including planning, ADRs, documentation, quality, and reliability metrics
- Own cloud infrastructure costs and lead integration of acquired engineering teams.
Technical Overview
Leads multiple product engineering teams delivering multi-tenant enterprise SaaS and participates in architectural/technical reviews. Manages reliability, documentation, engineering metrics, and cost controls for AWS-first cloud infrastructure, including integration work after acquisitions.
