About this role
Lead growth marketing and sales enablement for Medicaid and Medicare Advantage, building a demand generation engine that supports Business Development and executive leadership. Own payer-facing narrative, create executive-ready assets, and deliver market intelligence that turns into sales enablement and strategy recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute marketing strategies for Medicaid MCOs, D-SNP plans, and payer organizations
- Build and manage lead generation programs including thought leadership, ABM, events, and targeted digital outreach
- Own payer-facing narrative, enterprise value proposition, and compliant messaging across channels
- Create executive-ready BD materials such as one-pagers, leave-behinds, case studies, and capability decks
- Lead market research and competitive intelligence to inform messaging and sales enablement tools
Technical Overview
This role focuses on strategic marketing operations and communications, not software engineering. The technical scope centers on structuring demand generation programs (including ABM and targeted digital outreach), developing payer-compliant messaging, and producing deal support materials and executive presentations informed by competitive intelligence and RFP activity research.
