About this role
This role owns end-to-end integration of new partners from deal close through operational handoff. You will build and run a scalable integration playbook across operations, technology, finance, brand, and People Ops while managing multiple concurrent integrations and serving as the primary point of contact for partner leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end partner integration through operational handoff
- Develop and refine the integration playbook across operations, technology, finance, brand, and People Ops
- Manage multiple concurrent integrations across geographies
- Map and redesign incoming partner workflows to AP standards while preserving culture
- Serve as primary AP point of contact for partner leadership during the integration window
Technical Overview
The technical scope is organizational integration rather than engineering: aligning technology and operational workflows, coordinating across functional areas, and ensuring compliance and clinical workflow standards are maintained. The role emphasizes playbook-driven execution and structured handoffs across geographies.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has led partner or organizational integrations end-to-end and can build scalable integration playbooks across operations, technology, finance, brand, and People Ops. They are comfortable managing multiple concurrent integrations and working closely with healthcare/medical aesthetics founders to ensure operational handoff, compliance alignment, and patient experience continuity.
