Director of IT - iSeries will own the strategic direction, stability, security, and modernization of IBM i environments supporting 24/7 operations. The role also ensures compliance with Gaming Commission regulations, SOX, PCI, and operational audit standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the long-term IBM i roadmap
Drive modernization initiatives (high availability, IASP optimization, legacy transformation)
Oversee day-to-day IBM i server and application operations ensuring 24/7 uptime
Manage system performance and modernization delivery
Ensure compliance with Gaming Commission regulations, SOX, PCI, and audit standards
Collaborate with gaming, hotel, finance, marketing, and executive leadership
