- Create holistic, cross-functional messaging strategy and cohesive audience journey
- Reimagine email newsletter portfolio and offerings; experiment with newsletter design and content delivery through personalization
- Set and maintain standards for email communications across departments
- Develop and maintain a paid newsletter strategy in the first year
