About this role
Onco360 is hiring a Director of Patient Experience & Communications to develop and execute strategies that elevate the patient experience across all touchpoints. The role includes leading initiatives, analyzing patient feedback, and coordinating with departments to implement patient-centered solutions using Qliqsoft.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement patient experience strategies, Lead and mentor patient experience team, Analyze patient feedback and track KPIs, Coordinate with departments to implement patient-centered solutions, Develop staff training on patient experience best practices using Qliqsoft
Technical Overview
The role is not software-engineering focused but does require hands-on use of Qliqsoft for communications and campaigns, plus analytics for feedback and KPI tracking. The director must understand Qliqsoft capabilities and incorporate them into operational workflows while ensuring compliance.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a pharmacy professional with 3+ years of Specialty Pharmacy experience and a proven track record leading patient experience initiatives. They are analytically strong, comfortable working with KPIs and patient feedback, and have hands-on experience with Qliqsoft for communications and campaigns.
