About this role

Director of Security and Transportation directs and coordinates Security & Risk, Transportation, Facilities & Audio Visual to ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and exceptional customer service across Caesars New Orleans properties.

Key Responsibilities

Oversees safeguarding of assets transported to and from Casino Tables, Slots and Cashier departments; Formulates and administers operational and budget procedures for Transportation Department; Implements employee training and responsibilities for assigned areas; Cross-trains managerial/supervisory staff; Maintains operational control over staff

Technical Overview

Oversees asset safeguarding, gaming regulation compliance, operational budgets, preventive maintenance, and emergency management; cross-trains managers and oversees contractors.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced security and transportation executive with supervisory experience, knowledge of gaming regulations, and strong investigative and leadership capabilities to protect assets and ensure compliant operations.

Must-Have Skills

College degree in law enforcement or related field is preferred.Administrativeleadershipinvestigativecustomer service and public speaking skills are required.Strong oral and written skills are essential.Must have three years supervisory or command experience in law enforcement or security area.Must possess investigative and communication skills.Must have knowledge of gaming regulations and company internal controls are preferred.Must agree to a criminal history check.Must possess valid Louisiana Driver's license.Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.Must present a well-groomed appearance.
