About this role
Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and elevate our global recruiting function in a high-growth environment. You will design scalable TA systems, oversee senior-level and executive searches, and own the ATS strategy (Greenhouse) and recruiting technology.

Technical Overview
Heavy emphasis on leadership, workforce planning, and data-driven recruiting metrics. Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS and AI-enabled tools is preferred.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior TA leader with 10+ years of recruiting experience, proven ability to scale teams in high-growth environments, and a track record of executive searches. They should be proficient with Greenhouse or similar ATS and capable of building a proactive internal sourcing engine.
