Lead Pluralsight’s product marketing function by owning positioning, messaging, value propositions, and driving go-to-market execution for solutions and major releases. Partner with Product, Revenue, and Growth to improve adoption, pipeline, conversion, and expansion outcomes while building and leading a high-performing product marketing team.

  • Own and evolve product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
  • Define pricing and packaging strategies by customer segment and market dynamics
  • Lead go-to-market planning for solution launches and major releases
  • Build and scale sales enablement programs (pitch decks, battlecards, competitive positioning)
  • Develop customer and market insights and act as voice of the customer internally

This role focuses on go-to-market strategy, launch planning, and sales/customer enablement rather than hands-on engineering. It requires translating complex technical capabilities into customer-ready narratives and using data, research, and feedback to define segments, success metrics, and measurable growth KPIs.

The ideal candidate is a senior product marketing leader with proven experience owning product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across multiple customer segments. They have led go-to-market planning and solution launches, built sales enablement assets like pitch decks and battlecards, and delivered measurable growth outcomes such as attach rates and expansion ARR.
