Director, Software Engineer provides technical leadership for architecture and cloud adoption, leading a team of solution architects to deliver enterprise-scale banking products and drive the technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of 5 solution architects for banking product architectures
Establish destination-backed architecture strategy and review designs
Guide onboarding of emerging technology in engineering teams
Influence technical roadmap of enterprise platforms
Collaborate with product owners to articulate benefits and prioritize work

Technical Overview

Extensive experience with Java, Ruby, Python, Scala, HTML5, LAMP STACK; cloud hosting on AWS/Azure/GCP; SOA and architectural standards; agile practices and rapid prototyping

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior software engineering leader with 5+ years of leading teams, strong OO programming experience (Java), and a track record delivering web/mobile software at scale within an enterprise setting. Must be able to drive architecture decisions and cloud adoption.

Must-Have Skills
