Key Responsibilities

Design complex software systems, including reverse engineering and decomposing existing systems
Design, implement, and integrate TT&C systems using OS/Comet or InControl
Responsible for cost, schedule, and technical baseline for BOEs, proposals, and ECPs
Develop on-board and off-board assignments/transitions to minimize IDL impact
Lead hiring and performance management
