About this role
Director of Solutions Strategy & Operations will own the operating foundation for Field Engineers and Account Deployment Managers, designing segmentation, compensation frameworks, and performance metrics to enable scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Embed with the Heads of CS and Field Engineering to understand workflows, gaps, and priorities
- Design segmentation models and account assignment logic
- Build compensation frameworks, performance metrics, and team quota structures
- Operationalize tooling and data into codified actions
- Partner with Finance on headcount modeling
Technical Overview
Role combines operations design with data-driven tooling; work with Salesforce data, dashboards, and cross-functional teams to scale CS and GTM operations in a hypergrowth setting.
