Director of Solutions Strategy & Operations building the operating foundation for Field Engineers and Account Deployment Managers, spanning segmentation, compensation, performance metrics, and governance.

  • Embed with CS and Field Engineering heads to understand workflows
  • Design segmentation models and pairing structures
  • Build compensation frameworks and metrics
  • Operationalize tooling and data
  • Partner on headcount modeling and capacity planning

Strong emphasis on Salesforce data, dashboards, and process tooling; experience with data and analytics to drive EBIT/operational outcomes; cross-functional collaboration with Finance and Engineering.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on operator with deep experience in Customer Success Operations or GTM Ops, proficient with Salesforce data and dashboarding, and able to scale processes in a hypergrowth SaaS environment.
