About this role
Serve as the senior commercial anchor for Norstella’s RWD practice by owning account and opportunity strategy. Lead pre-sales engagement strategy, define growth roadmaps, ensure proper positioning and use-case prioritization, and provide final sign-off prior to SOW execution to drive renewal and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic lead for RWD across key accounts in partnership with sales
- Lead client-facing engagements across Medical Affairs, HEOR, Clinical, and Commercial functions
- Define opportunity strategy, value positioning, and long-term growth roadmaps
- Own deal economics and provide final sign-off prior to SOW execution
- Ensure RWD is embedded into Norstella’s core offerings via positioning and use-case prioritization
Technical Overview
This is not a software engineering role; it is a high-level commercial strategy and pre-sales leadership function for Real-World Data (RWD). The scope includes translating data and analytics for Medical Affairs, HEOR, Clinical, and Commercial stakeholders, and aligning strategy, product, sales, and delivery around consistent deal execution and pricing.

The ideal candidate is an executive-level RWD (Real-World Data) commercial and strategic leader with deep experience owning opportunity strategy and deal economics through the pre-sales cycle. They excel at client-facing engagements across Medical Affairs, HEOR, Clinical, and Commercial stakeholders, and they provide final sign-off prior to SOW execution to drive renewal and expansion outcomes.
