Lead technical programs that deliver critical business goals and build large-scale products and platforms. You will grow the TPM practice, mitigate technical risks throughout delivery, and drive cross-functional execution across engineering, product, design, and data science.

Technical Overview
Role focuses on technical program management for scalable platforms, distributed systems, and cloud-based delivery, with preferred exposure to distributed computing, AWS, and highly regulated environments. Emphasis is on translating technical complexity into well-educated decisions and accountable execution using Agile delivery practices.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a TPM Director-level technical program leader with 7+ years managing technical programs and a strong technical background building scalable platforms, products, or services. They proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, drive execution with accountability, and influence cross-functional partners (product, engineering, design, and data science) while growing and developing a TPM team.
