About this role

Lead the Technology Enablement team responsible for integrating technology into customer-facing business development activities such as RFIs, RFPs, BDMs, and customer meetings. Ensure the organization leverages technology as a differentiator across business lines and improves overall business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration of technology into business development processes (RFIs,RFPs,BDMs,customer meetings)
  • Oversee development of internal technology briefs and manage an enterprise-wide technology-focused content repository
  • Manage and mentor Technology Enablement Specialists (line management, performance management, onboarding)
  • Develop and maintain best practices for Technology Solutions engagement during deal-flow
  • Evaluate effectiveness of technology integration and make data-driven recommendations
