Pacific Life is looking for a Director, Treasury Systems Support to lead treasury technology strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization. The role owns Treasury Management Systems (TMS), payment hubs, and bank connectivity while ensuring resilient operations, strong controls, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full lifecycle of treasury systems (TMS, payment platforms, bank connectivity)
- Define and maintain treasury technology roadmap aligned to enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements
- Ensure high availability and oversee daily production support with incident management and root-cause analysis
- Lead disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity planning
- Oversee controls and compliance (SOX, cybersecurity, access controls, segregation of duties) and vendor management
Technical Overview
The director will manage end-to-end treasury platforms, including system lifecycle ownership and integrations with ERP and finance platforms. They will oversee production support, incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity, while implementing and operating payment rails via ACH, wires, RTGS, and SWIFT-based bank connectivity.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an executive-level treasury technology leader who owns Treasury Management Systems (TMS), bank connectivity, and payment hub platforms end-to-end. They have deep production support experience (high availability, incident management, root-cause analysis) and strong control/regulatory coverage including SOX, access controls, and segregation of duties, plus vendor management with partners like SWIFT, FIS, and Kyriba.
