About this role
This role acts as a primary liaison between Operations, IT, and business lines for large-scope projects. The Principal Business Analyst analyzes non-standard business and user needs, documents requirements, drives process improvement, and supports the planning, testing, and implementation of system enhancements and conversions.

Technical Overview
The technical scope is business and operational change delivery: requirements gathering and documentation, analysis of system and process issues, and execution support across the project lifecycle (planning, testing, and implementation). It also includes building and distributing management dashboards and metrics to measure improvements in productivity and customer experience.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level Principal Business Analyst with experience serving as a liaison between Operations, IT, and business lines to capture requirements and resolve complex issues. They have strong reporting and analytics skills, including management reporting, metrics, and dashboard creation, and they lead or support process improvement efforts across the project lifecycle (planning, testing, and implementation).
