About this role
Capital One is looking for a Distinguished Machine Learning Engineer to lead production machine learning engineering for risk technology teams. You will architect, build, and evolve ML models and software at scale, optimizing pipelines and cloud execution while mentoring and growing engineering talent.

Technical Overview

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior-to-executive level Machine Learning Engineer with 10+ years designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing. They provide technical leadership for productionizing machine learning applications, optimizing cloud architectures and data pipelines, and are experienced in Python, Scala, C/C++, Dask, and RAPIDS. They also mentor engineers and lead large-scale ML initiatives for real-time risk management outcomes.
