Distinguished Scientist - Agentic Applications - Supply at Expedia Group leads long-term scientific agenda for agentic applications across supply partners. You will design architectures for agentic experiences, lead applied research, and build prototype agents with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Shape longterm vision for agentic applications serving supply partners
Lead applied research in toolusing agents and multiagent systems
Design and evolve agentic experiences and architectures
Hands-on building prototype agents and experiments
Represent organization in ML community (publications, patents, talks)

Technical Overview

Focus on agentic AI, LLMs, multiagent systems, tool-using agents; hands-on prototype development, experiments, and evaluation; familiarity with LangSmith, DeepEval, Galileo, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen; Python-based stack; model deployment pipelines.

Ideal Candidate

Ideal candidate is an accomplished AI/ML scientist with 15+ years in large-scale GenAI, demonstrated leadership in agentic architectures, and a track record of translating research into production-grade solutions. PhD preferred; experience with multiagent systems and tool-using agents is key.
